You should do this!!

Will you do it if someone says you like this to do something?

Definitely No.

Then how should you say to make the things done?

It should make them comfortable to do that task when you ask to do.

And it should make them uncomfortable to ignore with your reason unless it is not a valid reason.

According to Cialdini:
“A well-known principle of human behavior says that when we ask someone to do us a favor we will be more successful if we provide a reason. People simply like to have reasons for what they do.”

See when I ask my son to do something, he simply do it for the sake of me but when I ask him to do with the reason behind it, he do it with his involvement in it.

That is the power of our requests/questions/answers/anything with reasons.

Make others comfortable with what you say and even with what you ask.

Instead of saying “you should do this”, you tell as “why should you do this?”

So that your requirement might get fulfilled as soonest.
